Social Media strategy
Acile App
Acile App needed a stronger brand and a clear digital strategy. I unified the visual identity, improved the website and app experience, and led social media and paid campaigns to drive measurable growth.
Year :
2022 - 2025
Industry :
FMCG
Client :
Acile App
Project Duration :
3 years

Overview :
Acile App needed more than content. The brand needed structure. Visual consistency was missing across platforms. The digital product lacked optimized user journeys. Marketing efforts were not tied to measurable growth.
My role evolved from creative execution to digital strategy, helping transform the brand into a more structured and performance-driven digital presence.

Solution :
I approached the project in three stages.
Brand & Content Design
I created and executed a consistent visual communication system across multiple channels.
This included:
Social media content
Motion graphics and filmmaking
Print materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners
The goal was clear. Every customer touchpoint needed to look and feel like the same brand.
Digital Product Design (UI/UX)
I contributed to the design of the website and mobile application.
Key focus areas:
Clear user journeys
Conversion-focused interface design
Visual alignment with the brand identity
This shifted the product from simply existing to actually guiding users toward action.
Digital Growth & Management
After the creative system was established, I moved into a digital management role.
Responsibilities included:
Leading the social media strategy
Managing influencer collaborations
Planning and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
Monitoring KPIs and creating performance reports
Supporting trade marketing initiatives
The focus changed from producing content to driving measurable performance.

Challenge :
The biggest challenge was integrating design, product, and marketing into one unified strategy.
Creative output needed to support real business results. Every design decision had to align with marketing performance.
Another challenge was building structured workflows. This included campaign planning, KPI tracking, and cross-channel coordination.
Impact :
The project helped shift Acile App toward a more structured and scalable digital presence.
Key outcomes included:
A consistent visual system across digital and physical platforms
Improved usability in the website and mobile app
A clearer social media and influencer marketing strategy
Performance tracking through structured KPIs and reporting
The brand moved from content production to performance-driven digital marketing.
